In late October, I had the pleasure of presenting a marketing-focused webinar hosted by the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC.) The webinar explored best practices for identifying market-ready technologies and is now available for viewing online.


This was the first of three interactive webinars I’ll be giving on behalf of the FLC. October’s session explored ways to find collaborators and customers – both internally and externally – to license your organization’s technology. Through case studies presented by technology transfer experts from the MITRE Technology Transfer Office and the National Cancer Institute, we looked at real-world examples of how organizations can ‘sell’ their technologies externally and promote their programs internally without a marketing budget.
